Republican Knee Jerkers

Here we go again. Republican Senator Jame Inhoff from Oklahoma expressing opposition to President Obama's selection of emminently qualified Solicitor General Elena Kagan before even one question is asked during a confirmation process that hasn't even begun. Republican Majority Leader McConnell up to his usual games, not outright rejection yet, but concerns. This selection is a further example of the thoughtful approach of our President who is looking outside the box of the usual experience, advice that many Republicans in the past have encouraged him to take. Unless something drastic or dramatic happens, Ms. Kagan will be confirmed, but when will it be possible for the opposition to wait before the usual knee-jerk political obstructionist reaction to everything President Obama does? Perhaps never. Where are you Americans for reason and truth?
