Oil for Payroll Tax Cut

With overwhelming public support for an extension of the payroll tax cut and for the wealthy to contribute more to revenue, the Republicans realize that they are stuck. So, what mechanism can they find to further delay giving the President anything that he wants. Of course, the oil interests of this country.
