What's the Difference?

What's the difference if the likely candidate for President on the Republican ticket has lied about his long term commitment to being pro-life to get a few South Carolinian votes? What's the difference that he claims to have been near to being fired and worried just like the common man. What's the difference that Mitt Romney became rich off of other peoples' despair? What's the difference that he doesn't understand the Consititution and the intent of the Founders? What's the difference that all of a sudden Romney is a War Hawk criticizing the destroyer of Al Qeda as weak on securing the nation? No difference. If the economy doesn't recover fast enough, people will vote for even a bigger idiot than Mitt. So tells the story of American impatience, ignorance and gullability. Where are you Americans for reason and truth?

  1. As opposed to all the lies Obama tells the American people? Obama has turned America into a country of people demanding entitlements. More people on welfare and other entitlement programs than in our history. Why? So he can assure himself of their vote. It's just sickening. I read an article, by a 21 year old girl and I couldn't agree with her more. "Put me in charge of food stamps. I'd get rid of food stamp cards; no cash for Ding Dongs or Ho Ho's, just money for 50-pound bags of rice and beans, blocks of cheese and all the powered milk you can haul away. If you want steak and frozen pizza, then get a job. Put me in charge of MedicAid. The first thing I'd do is to get women Norplant birth control implants or tubal legations. Then, we'll test recipients for drugs, alcohol, and nicotine. If you want to reproduce or use drugs, alcohol, or smoke - then get a job. On government housing: Ever live in military barracks? You will maintain your property in a clean and good state of repair. Your home will be subject to inspections anytime and possessions will be inventoried. If you want a plasma TV or Xbox 360, then get a job and your own place. You will either present a check stub from a job each week or you will report to a "government" job. It may be cleaning the roadways of trash, painting and repairing public housing, whatever we find for you. We will sell your 22 inch rims and low profile tires and your blasting stereo and speakers and put that money toward the "common good". Before you write that I've violated someone's rights, realize that all of the above is voluntary. If you want our money, accept our rules. Before you say that this would be "demeaning" and ruin your "self-esteem", consider that it wasn't that long ago that taking someone else's money for doing absolutely nothing was demeaning and lowered self-esteem. If we are expected to pay for other people's mistakes, we should at least attempt to make them learn from their bad choices. The current system rewards them for continuing to make bad choices. And, while you're on Government Assistance, you no longer can VOTE! Yes, that is correct. For you to vote would be a conflict of interest. You will voluntarily remove yourself from voting while you are receiving a Government Welfare Check. If you want to vote, then get a job." Now, let me hear a candidate for President repeat those words and I will vote for that person immediately. Let any Liberal debate me on these issues. Why is this wrong? Why would you not agree with this? I'd love to hear your argument.

  2. You have such a jaded and inflexible opinion on Obama. 70% of food stamp users are white blue collar less educated Americans who rely on these benefits as a result of American business productivity being a priority rather than the preparation of its people for the jobs of the future. I cannot argue with you. It is too exhausting.
